We take the security of Paype very seriously. We use reasonable practices to protect the security of your account and data associated with it, but we cannot guarantee that someone won't be able to defeat our security measures. Please let us know immediately if you discover any compromise of your account.
We are always on the lookout for security loopholes in Paype. If you discover a vulnerability in our service, we would be grateful for your report and encourage you to let us know immediately.
If you suspect that someone else knows or has changed your password, please reset it so nobody else can sign in to your account. To do so, just enter your username on the password-assistance page.
If you think someone has access to the email address associated with your Paype Account, please change the password for your email address as well. And please keep your account secure.
If you're unable to reset your Paype Account password, and you can't sign in to your account, you can fill out the Account Recovery Form.
We'll ask you to reset your password any time we detect suspicious activity related to your account. To prevent unauthorized access to your information, please choose a new password before signing in to your account.

For your security, we recommend that you don't reuse passwords associated with your email address or any other type of account. Additionally, if you enter your original password as your new password, you may trigger an error message. Create an entirely new password the next time you sign in.
If you've been prompted to change your password more than once, try clearing your cache and cookies. If that doesn't work, it's possible that something or someone is repeatedly attempting to gain access to your account.

We love kids as much as anyone, but Paype is only for people 14 years old and older. If we find out that a child under 14 is using our service, we'll have to terminate the child's account.
Paype complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We respond to takedown notices and have a policy of terminating repeat infringers when appropriate.
We provide information to help copyright holders manage their intellectual property online. If you think somebody is violating your copyrights and want to notify us, you can find information about submitting notices and Paype policy about inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Paype is a dynamic product, always evolving and getting better. As a result, we may change, eliminate or restrict access to our products or any part of our service at any time, for any reason, with or without advance notice. We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We'll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We'll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for the Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for the Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
If there is a conflict between the Terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.
The Terms control the relationship between Paype and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these Terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
The Service may permit you to link to other websites, services or resources on the Internet, and other websites, services or resources may contain links to the Site. When you access third party websites, you do so at your own risk. These other websites are not under Paype control, and you acknowledge that Paype is not responsible or liable for the content, functions, accuracy, legality, appropriateness or any other aspect of such websites or resources. The inclusion of any such link does not imply endorsement by Paype or any association with its operators. Paype is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Paype disclaims all warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non- infringement. We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Paype shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from (A) your access to, use of, inability to access or inability to use Paype; (B) any third party conduct or content on Paype, including any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of third parties; or (C) any unauthorized access, use or alteration of your content.

Paype Solutions LLC (Paype) knows that you take your privacy seriously. We've done our best to cut through the legal jargon and explain in simple terms what information we collect about you, what we use it for, and the few situations in which we share it with others.
When you sign up an account with Paype, you give us your full name, date of birth, phone number and email address, and create a username and password. You will be requested to verify your email address and phone number. Providing Paype with your real date of birth helps to make sure you get the right experience for you age. You can use the email address and phone number to log in, to reset your password and to identify yourself.
Your user profile helps to customize your account and connect with Businesses. Your profile automatically includes your name and username. You can also add a profile picture.
To help you to connect with Businesses and to personalize your Paype experience, we may ask for additional information, including your contacts, Facebook username(s), data on your use of our Services, browser information, or a list of applications on your mobile device.
We automatically receive your location when you use Paype Services. We use various technologies to determine location, such as location services of the applicable operating system or browser and sensor data from your device that may, for example, provide information on nearby Wi-Fi- access points and cell towers. The Personal Information you provide is used for such purposes as allowing you to set up a user account and profile that can be used to interact with Businesses through the Services, improving the content of the Services, customizing content for you (including Paype or third-party content), and communicating with you about specials and new features.
Your Services account will be associated with your email address and a phone number and this account will be used for all our Services that you use. Information you provide to one of our Services may be used with other Services or your favourite Businesses. For example, location information we receive in connection with your use of one of our apps may be used to customize the content you and your favourite Businesses see in another of our apps. We may also draw upon this Personal Information in order to adapt the Services of our community to your needs, to research the effectiveness of our network and Services, and to develop new tools for the community.
So that we can make your Paype experience better, we collect information about how you view and interact with content through Paype and on third-party sites with Paype widgets.
If you want to email something you see through Paype to a friend who isn't already a Paype Wallet account holder, we may keep their email address for the purpose of sending such email and improving our services. Recipients may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request that we remove this information from our database.
Your Paype profile and the likes you make are visible to businesses you follow, your comments are all public.
Aside from that, we use your information to keep Paype running, better understand how you use our service, customize your experience (including the content, marketing materials, and campaigns you see), prevent abuse and improve Paype.
Businesses, Locations, Events and Brands: One of the key purposes of the Services is to help users learn about businesses, locations, events and brands (for example, a consumer good that manages a page on the Service) that are relevant to them, and for these entities to provide information about themselves, their locations and events to users, as well as to reward users when they visit their location or event through offers and specials. When you visit a particular location that is a ‘claimed location’ your visits are shared with that location in order for it to better provide services to you. Additionally, brands may have access to aggregated and anonymous data, such as de-identified data about places that its followers visit (that is, not tied to individual users). Publicly Available Information, the Paype API, and Apps: When you use the Services, certain information is public, such as your public user profile information, tips, likes, saves, public photos, lists that you create and save, tastes, badges, mayorships, and lists of friends and/or followers (as applicable to a particular Service), and may be searchable by search engines and be shared with or disclosed to third parties, including through our API to a wide range of users and services. We may also share or disclose aggregated and anonymous data, such as de-identified check-in data (that is, not tied to individual users), to third parties, including users you may follow and users of our API, for analytical or other purposes.
Agents: We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Our agents do not have any right to use Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us, and they provide a comparable level of protection for your Personal Information.
Determining your location - The Services deal with location, so in order to work, the Services need to know your location. Whenever you open and use/interact with our apps on your mobile device or go to one of our Sites, we use the location information from your mobile device or browser (e.g., latitude and longitude) to tailor the Services experience to your current location.
Also, the Services use your mobile device’s ‘background location’ to provide the Services, including to send you notifications of tips/posts/interesting things etc. near you. If you have ‘background location’ turned on, the Paype app will, from time to time, tell us about your device’s location even if you are not directly interacting with the application.
Your Paype account Personal Information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need to prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately, and limiting access to your mobile device, computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.
Paype endeavours to safeguard user information to ensure that user account information is kept private. However, Paype cannot guarantee the security of user account information at user devices. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.
Paype allows you to access the following information about you for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information and ensuring that it is accurate and complete. This list will change as our Service changes.
